Refunds/Claims

Product must be in NEW condition with all original packaging and the customer will be charged a 40% restocking fee for all returns. No refunds on wheels that have been mounted. 

Customers will be required to pay all shipping charges to and from JNC Canada.  

No refunds past 30 days of date of delivery date.  

Restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused/cancelled by the customer.

A refund will only be issued once the original order has arrived and inspected. Any damages that may occur during the shipment back will be the customer's responsibility.

Restocking fee does not apply to damaged wheels, however customers will be required to pay all shipping charges to and from JNC Canada. 

Payments for shipping are not refundable once the product has been shipped out.

 

WARRANTY/CLAIMS 

We offer a 1-year basic warranty on all of our wheels. This only includes materials and workmanship of the product. All warranty claims must be approved before a replacement or credit is sent.

If an order arrives damaged, please email us with images of the packaging and the product.

All shipping damages must be reported as soon as possible. The damages will then be processed as a Claim with the shipping company. Until the claim has been settled, we are not able, nor responsible to offer any compensation or solution.

 The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Ace Distribution. As there are delays, we are not responsible for any time lost during this process.

 Due to complications, we are no longer able to offer any warranty on Platinum finishes.
